New Releases

There are some great releases this week!

1. Teeth in the Mist by Dawn Kurtagich

This is an epic YA horror, fantasy novel about three woman connected by an Unholy Pact by a man 1000 years ago. I’m SO excited to pick this one up but I think I’m going to save it for this coming spooky season!

2. Fix Her Up by Tessa Bailey ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just finished my arc of this new rom-com and it was SO good! This is a brother-best-friend, fake-dating romance. This was steamy, and witty, and overall just really good! You can check out my Goodreads review here for all my thoughts now!

3. Tell Me How You Really Feel by Aminah Mae Safi

Man this has been the year for queer romance and I’m living for it. This sounds like a YA, enemies to lovers romance between the snobby, straight-A cheerleader and a wannabe director creating her senior project. Bonus: this works for the Buzzword readathon if your looking for books to add to your tbr!

Reading Update + TBR!

Recently Finished

Honesty, I had a pretty terrible reading week. I didn’t read anything for most the week. But luckily I was able to finish 2 books on Sunday! And even better – they were both amazing reads!

1. Fix Her Up by Tessa Bailey ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I already talked about this above but serious it was so cute. I stayed up SO late Saturday night because I just couldn’t put this down. I swooned from start to finish. This releases tomorrow and highly recommend checking it out.

2. Text Me Baby One More Time by Teagan Hunter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the finally book in the Text Series and I’m so sad to see it end. This was my favorite after book 1. I was skeptical but fell hard for Shep’s redemption story. This book was hot yet sweet and everything I wanted in this wrap up.

Currently Reading

1. Praying for Rain by B.B. Easton

This is the only other book I started this week. I’m about 20% in and really enjoying it! I plan to finish this up before the Buzzword readathon starts!

2. On the Rocks by Kandi Steiner

I was luck enough to receive an arc of this last week! Unfortunately I haven’t had a chance to read it yet. This is coming out on Thursday June 13th (however the paperback has been released early!) I’m planning to binge this Monday and have my review up on the 13th.

What’s Next

The rest of the week will be focused on my tbr for the Buzzword Readathon!
