I created a list of all the open series I have that I want to continue on with. And there are 21 series on that list 😶

I’m actually going to split this into 2 parts.

Current Series I’m Caught Up On

The first part is all the series that are unfinished and I’m currently caught up with but definitely want to continue. I believe all of these actually have sequels coming out later this year!

1. The Bromance Book Club by Lyssa Kay Adams

I love this series! Book 2, Undercover Bromance, came out in March but book 3, Crazy Stupid Bromance, is also releasing this year!! I’m so excited for more books with these characters.

2. Cloverleigh Farms by Melanie Harlow

Can we all take a moment to admire how gorgeous these covers all look together 😍 The fifth and final book in this series is set to release in May of this year and I can’t wait!

3. Hot and Hammered by Tessa Bailey

It’s not secret I love this author and series. And I’m SO excited about this third book! I’m ready for all the banter and enemies to lovers vibes! Book 3 is coming out in September!

4. Small Spaces by Katherine Arden

Okay I lied, sadly book 3 of this series still doesn’t have any details or an estimated release date 😭 But whenever it comes out I will for sure be picking it up!

5. Well Met by Jen Deluca

I absolutely loved book 1 in this series! It’s a super light-hearted rom-com and I can’t wait for more of these characters! I’m really hoping the Renn Faire aspect carries through all the books! Book 2, Well Played is set to come out this September!

6. Cassidy Blake by Victoria Schwab

It’s crazy to me that there are two middle grade series on this list.. I don’t consider myself a MG reader but I really love this series. This is a paranormal fantasy series following a girl who can see ghosts. Unfortunately, book 3 got pushed back to March 2021 (and I’m not okay) 😭😭

7. Slice by Teagan Hunter

Teagan Hunter is one of my favorite authors and I love this fun rom-com series. Book 4 is following a character I’ve been desperate for and I can’t wait! The actual release date hasn’t been announced, but I’m part of Hunter’s Facebook group and she said it’s definitely happening sometime this year!

Backlist Series

The second list is a list of backlist series I want to continue or finish soon! Not all of these are necessarily finished, but I’m behind on them.

1. The Ravenels by Lisa Kleypas

After I finished the first book in this series, Cold-Hearted Rake, I immediately bought the entire rest of the series. I’m hoping to binge this entire series in May if possible!

2. Veronica Speedwell by Deanna Raybourn

I only have 2 books left in this series and I’m honestly not excited about catching up because I want more right now 😅 The good news is – apparently Berkley has purchased 2 more books in this series!

3. The Bareknuckle Bastards by Sarah MacLean

This is another historical romance series I’m planning to binge asap. Book 2, Brazen and the Beast, is out and book 3, Daring and the Duke is releasing this June. So I definitely plan to catch up with this series this year!

4. Becker Brothers by Kandi Steiner

I’m so mad at myself for falling behind on this series! I really enjoyed the first 2 books and I want to know how the overarching mystery is resolved. So definitely planning on finishing this, this year as well.

5. Wild by K.A. Tucker

I had no idea when I read The Simple Wild that this sequel was gonna happen. And originally I was really excited when I heard about it. But I’ve heard so many mixed things that I’ve been hesitant to pick it up. I do want to get to it this year, see how I feel, and wrap up another open series.

6. Boys of Jackson Harbor by Lexi Ryan

This is another series I’m kicking myself for not continuing on with sooner. I loved the first book in this series and for some reason just haven’t had the opportunity to read the rest. I’m reading book 2 in April though so maybe it’ll be the catalyst for a series binge.

7. Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerri Maniscalco

I only have 1 book left in this series! Finally. I will probably be holding off on finishing this series until August though because that is when the paperback copy is being released and will be delivered to me.

8. Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson

I don’t know what my deal is with this series but I keep dragging my feet. I’ve started Well of Ascension twice and was really enjoying it both times but put it aside to prioritize other things. I am determined to finish this series in 2020 though!

9. Playbook by Alexa Martin

I really want to continue on with this sports romance series. I enjoyed book 1 and I’ve heard mixed things about the next 2 books but I’m curious. Snapped, book 3, was just announced and is coming out in October.

10. Guild Hunter by Nalini Singh

And last but not least – my current series obsession. I’m reading Archangel’s Blade, which is book 4 in this series, this month. And I have full intensions to continue picking up at least 1 book a month until I’m caught up! I’m wholly obsessed with this paranormal romance series.
