The TBR

I honestly never follow the prompts, these are just the tomes on my shelf that I’m most excited to get to!

1. A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire (Blood and Ash #2) by Jennifer L. Armentrout

This is the sequel to From Blood and Ash which I read earlier this year and really loved! I’m so excited to get back to this world and see where this crazy story goes. I’ve heard some mixed things about this sequel but I absolutely adore JLA’s books so I have full faith I’ll love this one too.

2. Kingdom of Copper (The Daevabad Trilogy #2) by S.A. Chakraborty

Another sequel I’ve been antsy to pick up! I absolutely loved City of Brass and knew I wanted to pick up this book once the next Tome Topple came around. It’s finally time and I can’t wait to be back with these characters! The ending of book 1 was wild so I’m excited to see where this one goes from there.

3. The Once and Future Witches by Alix E. Harrow

This was one of my most anticipated releases of the year but it’s a chunky boy at around 600 pages so I just haven’t found time to fit it in. But this is the prefect excuse and I’m excited for some more witchy vibes!

4. Plain Bad Heroines by Emily M. Danford

I have this physically as well as on audiobook so I may listen to it throughout the two weeks. This is a supposed to be a humorous and feminist horror novel so I’m really excited to see how those genres collide.
