🚧 Under Construction! 🚧

This has been something I’ve wanted to do for a long time but just haven’t had the time or energy to undertake it – and let’s be real, I still don’t 😅

But I want to revamp this site and make it resource for finding your next book!

Things may take awhile and look a little chaotic at times, but my hope is be done with the initial revamp by the start of next year.

What I’m envisioning:

More focused content. The more ‘blog style’ content (ie tags, reading updates, etc) are going to be archived. While I loved making this type of content, it’s not relevant long term and I don’t want things to get lost in the clutter.
New sections & tags! This is actually something I started doing a year or so back but kind of abandoned because it was such a big undertaking. I want to go through all of the books I’ve covered, reviewed, etc and tag/categorize them. I want a place where you can go to find any kind of rec – genre, tropes, representation, etc. This will hands down be the most time consuming and difficult part of this update.
A general facelift. I haven’t updated the colors, theme, or anything since creating this blog many moons ago. So it’s definitely overdue for a refresh. I also want it to more closely match the style of my other sites (Instagram & YouTube) so that it’s very obviously all Paperbacks and Planners.
A place for announcements, reveals, releases, etc. One of the most common questions – I and other creators – receive is where and how we find books. So I want to have a place to share all the books I’m finding. Whether that’s recent releases, upcoming books, and brand new announcements. Again, this is something that I started. It’s just not quite as searchable and organized as I would like.

Overall the plan is this – make this site a searchable resource for readers. Whether you’re looking for recommendations, building a TBR, or want some extra info about a book you’re interested in – I want this to be a place you can go.
