It’s time for round 4 of the Buzzword readathon!!

Let’s get right into my TBR!

1. I Wish You All the Best by Mason Deaver

There is no group book for this round. But this is the “unofficial group book”. This is available on Hoopla through my library so I plan to listen to this on there. This follows a nonbinary character who has just come out to their family and is kicked out. They go live with their estranged sister to finish out senior year of high school. I expect this to be another soft, heartwarming, queer YA contemporary that I completely fall in love with.

2. I Know Who You Are by Alice Feeney

The ratings and reviews I’ve seen of this have been truly terrible and I strongly disliked Alice Feeney’s last book. But I’m so intrigued I have to give this a shot. This is a domestic thriller following an actress who’s husband goes missing. That’s all I know and all I really want to know going in. We’ll see how this one goes.

3. On the Way to You by Kandi Steiner

This is probably the lowest on my priority list but I’ve been itching to pick up another book by Kandi Steiner since finishing her What He Doesn’t Know duet. This is an adult romance about two strangers who go on a road trip together. Kandi is always good for a beautiful but heart-wrenching romance. I can’t wait.

4. Hate to Want You (Forbidden Hearts #1) by Alisha Rai

Since this readathon overlaps with Romanceathon, I decided to add in a few romances to double up. I heard about this book on Riley from Riley Marie’s channel on Booktube and it sounds so good! I have it on Hoopla so I plan to listen to this on audio as well. This is forbidden romance between members of feuding families.

5. Call it What You Want by Brigid Kemmerer – ARC

I have an arc this book from Netgalley and it’s being released on June 25th so I need to pick this up asap! I have not read Kemmerer’s previous books but I’ve heard amazing things. This is YA contemporary romance about 2 kids who connect over familial pressures. This sounds like the hard-hitting contemporary that I love.
