Top Ten Tuesday: Favorite Indie Published Romance

In the spirit of Valentines Day, these are some of my favorite indie published romances ♥

TheDeal

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018.

Most of these are available on Kindle Unlimited but not all of them!

1. Credence by Penelope Douglas

Credence

I know I haven’t shut up about this book since it released but that’s because it’s a new all-time favorite! All of Penelope Douglas’s books are indie published so even if this one in particular isn’t your jam, she has lots of other books available! This one is a super taboo romance between an 18 year old girl and her step-uncle/cousins in the isolated mountains of Colorado.

2. Him duet by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy

Him

This is one of my favorite male/male romance! It’s also friends to lovers, hockey romance. This writing duo has written a bunch of other books together but this is my favorite of theirs. This series is steamy and super sweet. Highly recommend.

3. Here and Now Trilogy by Lexi Ryan

LostInMe

Another favorite author! Lexi Ryan has tons of books in a variety of genres so definitely check her out! This trilogy follows a woman with amnesia who can’t remember the last year of her life. It’s super binge-able and has a great love triangle!

4. What He Doesn’t Know Duet by Kandi Steiner

WhatHeDoesn'tKnow

My favorite love triangle of all time!! This duet is so angsty and romantic and everything I want in a romance. Also if you want a great audiobook – check this one out!

5. Off-Campus series by Elle Kennedy

TheDeal

One of the best hockey romances! This book in particular is a fake dating romance between a guy who needs to get his grades up to stay on the hockey team and a woman who wants to make someone else jealous. This series is so much fun and super steamy.

6. Text series by Teagan Hunter

Textual

Teagan Hunter is one of my greatest author finds ever. This series is just so much fun! This first book is a new adult romance between 2 people who start a relationship after texting the wrong number. Bonus – this entire series is laugh out loud funny!

7. Cloverleigh Farms by Melanie Harlow

Irresistible

Another criminally underrated series. I love how sweet and romantic Melanie Harlow’s books are. This series follows a family that owns a winery and farm in Michigan. Each of the sisters has their own book. This first one is a Nanny/age gap romance, book 2 is an enemies to lovers romance, and book 3 is friends to lovers!

8. Eleanor & Grey by Brittainy C. Cherry

EleanorGrey

This is easily the most heartbreaking book on this list. Brittainy C Cherry really knows how to pull on the heart strings! This is a friends to lovers/nanny romance that I absolutely adored. It’s told in dual timelines – the first half with the MCs as children and the later half years later as adults. Both timelines had me bawling my eyes out.

9. Coldhearted Boss by R.S. Grey

ColdheartedBoss

I’m always shocked when I see how many RS Grey books I’ve read (she’s a most read author of mine). All of her romances are really light and quick reads. This is my personal favorite so far! It’s an enemies to lovers romance that takes place at a construction site and the two main characters have to bunk together. It’s wonderful.

10. Slice series by Teagan Hunter

Last but not least! I didn’t want to repeat authors but I just couldn’t do this list without this series. This is a super fun romance series that revolves around a pizzeria in a tourist town on the east coast. Book 1 is still my favorite but they are all to die for. They have Teagan Hunter’s signature wit and never fail to make my laugh out loud.

These are some of my favorite indie published romances! Let me know if you have read any of these and what you thought!
