ReReadathon Day 3 – Recent Favorites + Giveaway (*CLOSED*)!

It’s day 3 of the ReReadathon and today we’re talking about some recent favorites that I already want to reread!

WrapUp

Plus I’m hosting a giveaway!! ♥

1. What He Doesn’t Know series by Kandi Steiner

I discovered this series at the very end of 2018 and fell so hard for it. This is a romance series about a woman who’s marriage is strained. Then a man from her past moves back to their town and starts teaching at her school. Now their connection is rekindling and both of their lives are turned upside down. This story is heartbreaking and beautiful. Raw and emotional. If you are looking for an amazing angsty, love triangle story, pick this one up asap.

2. Girls of Paper and Fire by Natasha Ngan

This is a debut YA, fantasy about a magical world made up of 3 castes. A human girl, Lei, is taken from her father and sent to the Demon King to be his concubine. This is an intense, harrowing story. Definite content warning for sexual assault. But if this is something you are in a place to handle, this debut is definitely worth checking out!

3. Girls with Sharp Sticks by Suzanne Young

This book technically hasn’t come out yet, but it’s releasing super soon and I think it should be on everyone’s radar!! This is a YA, sci-fi about a group of girls at boarding school. When girls start acting strange and then disappearing, Mean knows something sinister is going on. I like to describe this as the YA love child between Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro and The Handmaids Tale by Margret Atwood. It’s being released on March 19th!

4. Let’s Get Textual (Text Series) by Teagan Hunter

I can’t rave enough about this book. This is a New Adult romance and it is absolutely hilarious. I listened to this on audiobook and couldn’t stop laughing out loud the entire time. This follows the 2 main characters, Deliah and Zac, who start talking after a wrong number mix up. This follows their romance and it is beyond adorable. If you enjoy romance, check this series out!

Yay! It’s such a good book! It’s been a slow start 🙈 I’m working my way through my first book though. Hopefully things slow down later in the week and I can get more reading time in! What about you??

Hopefully things will slow down for you later in the week. I finished my first book yesterday which was Illuminae. I tried to immediately start reading Gemina after I finished it but Scribd made it unavailable until the 21st so I have to figure out what else I’m going to read. I’m going to be starting Simon vs. today.

Yeah I’ve never really had to much trouble with it. It’s annoying that it happened when I needed the book but I will continue to subscribe to them because it’s so affordable. Yeah Simon is amazing.
