October TBR

It’s spooky season!! 🎃

This is a long one. So grab a drink and settle in.

I mentioned this momentarily in my September wrap up but I have really stretched myself thin this fall. I took on way too much in September with readathons and book club picks and now in October with 14 ARCs. Moving forward I really need to be more selective about what I’m participating in and requesting.

Which is hard to because there are so many amazing things happening in the book community all the time!

So I’m going to be scaling way back on what I participate in each month and WAY more conscientious about what I request for review.

But since there are so many amazing things happening every month, I still want to support other creators! So I’m going to try and share a thread at the beginning of everything month where you can find readathons and book club picks! And all the links will be save in my Readathons tab!

With all that rambling out of the way – let’s dive into this OUTRAGEOUS October tbr!

Sbooktober Readathon

There are so many amazing, spooky readathons happening this month and I desperately which I could do all of them! But it’s just not going to happen. So I decided to participate in the readathon that I’ve been doing since I joined the community 2 years ago!

This readathon is a month long, has 19 reading prompts to choose from, photo challenges, movie watchalongs, and other fun events throughout October. It’s a total blast and I love participating every year.

Here’s the link the Twitter page and the watch along page.

Here’s a peek at all the possible challenges!

Rather than go through the challenges, I’m going to go through the 21 books on my TBR and tell you what they are for.

Fingers crossed for this ambitious TBR!! I bet you can take a good chunk out of it, easy (: I’m also hoping to read Cemetery Boys and would love to start the first Stalking Jack the Ripper book (in celebration of Kingdom of the Wicked, of course!) but we’ll just have to see what happens (: Sending tons of good reading vibes your way, you got this!! ♥
